I went to see Mel at Emerald Roots for the first time. I scheduled a perm expecting that I could tell her what I wanted and what I needed, most importantly I was looking for her to listen to me. Mel is incredible! She did actually as I asked for and she was friendly and professional at the same time. I’m so happy that I found a small business in my community that I found that I can support and I’m very happy to go back to in the future.Service: Hairstyling

After an early morning cancellation on my wedding day of our hair services, one of our friends connected us to her stylist (and the owner) Tiffany at Emerald Roots Salon. Tiffany was willing to help us out and two of her stylists Jaye and Kristi stepped up as well. Our entire bridal party was able to get our hair done with them completely last minute at their beautiful salon, as they all came in during a time they weren't scheduled to work to do so. Had a cut, color, and style this week and it turned out great!. This is the second time I have been here and the results were great then too (thank you Jaye). The new salon is lovely and the atmosphere is very inviting, friendly, and fun. Thank you Sarah for the great style and cut this time around! I would highly recommend this salon and anyone in it especially for hair of a 'certain age'!
