“A very professional job of removing old 4 x 8 panels and installing new vinyl siding, fascia and soffits was completed by Buck Christensen of Eagle Siding, Inc. In spring/summer 2023, we obtained 4 bids for the project, not only for the cost difference, but also to determine who we would have a good working relationship with. Buck was very knowledgeable, kept all appointments, answered all our questions, and always got back to us in a timely manner. This was not the case with some of the companies. Surprisingly, the estimates were all close, but the decision was an easy one for us, and we were not disappointed. We are very happy with the completed project. “My wife and I decided to remodel a ground floor bathroom so it would be age appropriate if we would ever have trouble going up stairs. We’ve never remodeled a bathroom before so we asked some of our friends and neighbors for recommendations. Much to our surprise, three of them recommended the same company, College City Design, Build and Remodel. We called them and Dale, one of the owners came out. He didn’t seem like a salesman. He wasn’t trying to get us to make a decision and sign a contract. Rather, it was quite the opposite. He asked questions, took a lot of notes and asked if we would like to have Rebecca, their Lead Design Consultant stop by and help us with some design ideas. She really had some great ones. Then she scheduled selection meetings for everything we were replacing and she was terrific.We met with other remodeling companies but they didn’t seem nearly as professional or as trustworthy. College City wasn’t the cheapest but we were more concerned with our new bathroom being functional for our needs and the quality of workmanship rather than entrusting our home to a company that we didn’t feel as comfortable working with or one that might not do things quite right just to give us a lower bid.We are delighted with our decision to select College City for a variety of reasons. Dale, the owner, kept each and every promise that he made. At first, my wife was concerned about dust but they did a great job of covering the floor leading to the bathroom and installed a floor to ceiling plastic cover around the work area. When they were done, they cleaned everything around the work area and it was spotless. Buzz, the Project Manager was better than we could have ever imagined and he’s really a good guy. If we had a question or concern, he was immediately responsive. Every facet of the job was done to our complete satisfaction and we will definitely use them again if we have another remodeling project.“

We were very pleased with the quality of subcontractors who have strong, longstanding relationships with Roger and his crew. The great room/mud room/half bath addition turned out beautifully and the kitchen remodel is gorgeous! I would wholeheartedly recommend Plumbline based on that high quality craftsmanship alone, but what put them over the top for me was all the extras we asked for along the way. Roger is a next-level problem solver that never minimized esthetics even if it impacted timelines. Big things like re-working the stairway railings and changing the swing of the basement door, so I can more easily manage a laundry basket, and small things like extending the backsplash tile to the floor next to the dog dishes, have all come together so perfectly.
