They were awesome to deal with. I many times will do the repairs here in house but i was so backed up i need this done ASAP being for medical use. Ed was patient and we worked out an issue we were having (not their fault but the clients own fault) and he went way out of his way to help get it resolved. battery worked perfectly. I will continue to use them and highly recc them to anyone needing this type of service. Thank you so much!
