The eye exam was perfect and the customer service is pretty good. I am just not happy with the wait times for lenses and frames to come back. Not even an update about what is going on. Especially when I wanted to purchase a pair of sunglasses. Was told they would call me back after they checked to see if they'd work for me. Nothing. Kind of disappointed
