In my feedback survey sent to my email I mentioned the stylist missed some hairs running along my hairline. I felt my feedback was a little harsh and mistakes happen. She was very sweet and professional. I make mistakes all the time at work. Shit happens. It's not a bad cut overall. Hope she didn't read my feedback and have a bad day afterwards or anything..
Love having Heather or Sam cut my hair! This time I went from shoulder length to a fade with a 1/4 inch top. So many Salons would have balked at this and try to talk me out of it. Sports Clips always does as I ask or if there is a question about anything they ask immediately. Will keep using them as long as I can.
