The Spear's Landscaping team was great to work with. We knew we wanted an update to our backyard and wanted to create a family space but had no idea where to start. Jeff and Dave were very responsive and came out immediately to take a look at our space, hear what we were wanting out of it and had suggestions on how best to utilize our yard without having it look out of place with our house and wooded backyard. They had a plan worked up for us quickly and were good adapting a few changes we had before and during the process. They were great with giving us ideas for the projects as add-ons without pushing it knowing everyone works on a budget. Jeff was also very conscious of working the project to the budget. Another thing our family appreciated was the team that came in to do the work - his crew worked from sun up to sun down and even our neighbors were impressed at how hard they worked to get the projected completed quickly. They were quick to notice if something didn't come together how they had hoped and made sure to rework it to be perfect. It was very much appreciated their attention to detail and they're willingness to meet high standards. They were also great with our dog who ventured out while they worked as well as taking some time to interact with our kids and show them the different machines they were using for the project. Lastly, we appreciated the direct communication with Jeff and his team. Through calls, texts and emails, we were always in the loop on where we were throughout the project and what to expect next. In short, Jeff and his team are a great example of taking ownership of a project and executing our plan.
We met with Mike. Told him what we wanted. Within a couple of days we had an estimate. We signed a contract and work will begin the end of the month. Spears did our neighbors patio and did a beautiful job. Can’t wait for it to be done.
Quality work from beginning to end! We were looking for a landscaper that could turn our vision for completing our new construction home. Spear's made our vision come to life. They transformed our property into a beautiful landscaped reality. We were impressed with their designs for native plants, paver sidewalks/patio, lighting, and water features. So pleased with how our first project went that we asked them to do a second project for us that extended our backyard and finished our pond and fountain. It is nothing short of spectacular and exactly what we were envisioning. Their attention to detail and ability to listen to our ideas make them simply the best!
