Everything went well. Jeremy quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Jeremy and Sean, the younger technician he was mentoring, worked well together. Jeremy did a great job explaining the work to me while guiding Sean. The work went smoothly and the result was a quality piece of work.
We were very pleased with our experience with Randy’s plumbing. We had two issues in our bathroom and Luke fixed it all beautifully. He was friendly and competent. He even did a few extra touches like adding clear caulk on the faucet. He cleaned up everything and was considerate with our home. He explained about all the repairs and was thorough. We will call them again for sure.
Another great experience with the technicians at Randy’s Electric. My interactions with them have always been respectful, friendly and enjoyable. It is nice, especially as a woman to be comfortable as well as informed of repairs needed. They always thoroughly and clearly explain what damage is in need of repair, but they will do to fix it as well as demonstrating. How do you use any things that have been installed. Dan Went above and beyond as did the fellow technician assisting. I will continue to call them for my plumbing and Electric needs.
