“I was diagnosed with cancer 5 months before my daughter's wedding and knew that chemotherapy would take my hair. Aurora Wellness Center was recommended to me by two hairdressers in my area. When I initially called to set up an appointment, Kristine was scheduled to have surgery - she still took the time to fit me in. When we talked on the phone, she asked that I send a couple of pictures of myself. When I arrived at the appointment, she had pulled 3 or 4 wigs that she thought might work for me - I tried them plus a couple of others, but chose the second one that I had tried on - it was perfect. Kristine was like an angel - she truly cared about helping me find a wig that made me feel good and took the time to show me how to wear and care for the wig. I received many compliments on the wig - so many people said they had no idea I was wearing a wig.“
