They came out to look at out furance and piping downstairs. They added a larger intake filter and a smaller heat ducting at the top of the furance. They put fernco conntectors on our furance pipping. Wrong. Called them out on it. They came out to fix it. But charged me for the others parts needed and an hr of labor. Never refunded me for the fernco parts I originally paied for the 1st time around. Fernco parts should NEVER go onto a furance... NEVER. I even called the manufacturer piror to calling gilk after I noticed the pipping was flexing to much. I was lucky the rubber did not crack that winter and pour out carbon monoxide into our home.
