We've been taking all of our Cats now to valueCare for months now! They have great service and very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Much more affordable for testing then our last vet clinic!
I cannot say enough good things about this veterinary clinic. My cat wasn’t feeling well and was having trouble going to the bathroom, and since we’re not from the area, this was our very first visit here. My cat is extremely anxious, and unfortunately during the first visit they weren’t able to get much done because of how stressed she was. The staff handled it with so much patience and understanding and scheduled us for an early appointment the next morning, along with a prescription to help calm her.
Giving her the medication was difficult because I currently have a fractured arm, and when we came back the next day she still wasn’t as sedated as they hoped....read full review
Great vet staff, but serious communication issues.
One of my cats was prescribed medication that the clinic didn’t have in-house. I was told I’d be emailed the prescription — the email never came. After multiple calls always ending in me leaving voicemails and emails, I was eventually told it was already “in the system,” with no explanation or notification.
Separately, another cat had dental surgery (6 teeth removed) and later showed signs of pain and distress. I called and once again left a message before close on a Friday to ask whether she needed to be seen. No one returned my call.
