I’ve always received good haircuts at this salon. It opens at 8:00 so us “morning people” get a good jump on the day. The online system for getting in the cue is so simple and effective.

I usually get my hair cut here. The people are always nice. My hair came out nice, the lady did a good job. I'm probably a terrible customer because I don't care how my hair looks. I just let them do whatever. (Seriously, I'd be happy if they shaved it or gave me a mohawk). And I'm sure that adds pressure to them to feel like they have to do a good job. However, I also wouldn't complain if my hair looked like crap either, though it never has. Definitely recommend the place.

Great Clips in Smyrna didn’t cut my hair right. As soon as I landed in St. Paul, MN., I googled the closest great clips and they fixed my hair. Called it a “redo” as I was just at a salon 4 days ago! I’m am so grateful!!☺️
