Went in for eye exam. Everyone was friendly and my appointment was on time. The eye doctor was very thorough in explaining what was happening with my eyes. No sales pressure to purchase anything either.
It was easy to schedule my first exam here. The office was kindly able to accommodate a schedule change for me when I was unexpectedly done with work several hours before the appointment! I know I probably just got lucky but still really appreciate it. Dr. Hemann was very professional & provided some info about my vision I hadn’t considered before which I really liked. My previous eye doctor was very good too but Dr. Hemann put their previous treatment into some context that made everything make more sense for me. I highly recommend Downtown Eyes. The entire staff is very nice, and really listen. Robert did a great job picking out frame options to fit my face, and stylish too. I always get great survice.
