We had sold our house in the fall of 2021 and the new owners would take possession in May of 2022. This all came about very quickly and we didn't even have a house plan. Berscheid Builders had built a house for us in 2004. We knew the quality work they did and they were are first call. When Rick looked at our lake lot you could just see his wheels turning. They came with ideas for us to choose from and never once was there any pressure. At every turn they were always one step ahead with suggestions and options. With this team of professionals, I experienced firsthand their quality workmanship, their efficiency, their attention to detail, their customer-focused approach, their commitment to communicating with the customer. When we decided to build a new home, we wanted quality builders. Berscheid Builders had already built a garage and remodel our home for us, so we knew their professional craftsmanship was the quality we wanted.We really appreciated that they attended County & Township Board meetings to apply for permits. Their knowledge and experience of requirements, codes & permits certainly helped to speed up the process.Building a new home comes with making hundreds of decisions.
