The staff at Riverside Animal is so friendly and calming for our cats. They've always been very clear with what they are doing for our cats and are so helpful when I have random questions.

The Vet we had when putting our dog "down" was very validating (he emphasized how it was the right timing to do so-- stating that some people wait too long)....... the vet tech, Michelle, was absolutely the best we could have had in our situation. She was so attentive and absolutely comforting to us and our dog Tara when we brought her in for her end of life euthanasia. I couldn't have imagined it any better than the peaceful and calming nature that Michelle put us in. Had to send my baby over the bridge. They were their for me, so thoughtful and kind. Even tho I was a wreck, they helped make a dark time a little bit easier. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
