As Someone Who Has Never Been Thru The Process Of Putting Their Dog To Sleep I Just Had To Share My Experience From Riverside Animal Clinic . We Could Not Find Our Poor Boy Urgent Help We Were Waiting For Days And I Finally Got Pointed In The Right Direction . I Called Them And They Made Time To See Us That Same Day . We Sadly Knew What Was Needed To Be Done But The Way They Advocated For Him , Cared For Him , Comforted Him And Emphasized For Us Really Helped The Process . The Room Was Clean The Staff Were Very Friendly And Professional . They Deserve The Recognition. Thank you Riverside ✨.
The staff at Riverside Animal is so friendly and calming for our cats. They've always been very clear with what they are doing for our cats and are so helpful when I have random questions.
The Vet we had when putting our dog "down" was very validating (he emphasized how it was the right timing to do so-- stating that some people wait too long)....... the vet tech, Michelle, was absolutely the best we could have had in our situation. She was so attentive and absolutely comforting to us and our dog Tara when we brought her in for her end of life euthanasia. I couldn't have imagined it any better than the peaceful and calming nature that Michelle put us in.
