Ben was prompt and came prepared to fix my boiler. He was my second opinion after getting a very large quote and a push from another company to replace my whole boiler. He had the parts and was able to get it all back up and running within an hour. The other company didn't want to repair and said they'd need to put the parts on order and it'd be another week or 2 without heat. So glad I contacted Ben Stern, my only regret was that I didn't go to him first.
