I sat 30 minutes waiting for my appointment, also only two pedicure options, one $37, the other $47. My water wasn’t very warm, and then drained right away. There was nothing added to the water or any jets. The tools that were used were not new either, including the foot file. The woman was friendly and did an okay job. However, If you have to wait 30 minutes for your appointment with no apologies or willing to make it better that’s terrible customer service and then to sit in semi- warm water that drained right away wasn’t what I was hoping for.

I am enjoying a pedicure right now at Impress Nails. I have been a satisfied customer of theirs for 3+ years and have never had a bad experience. All of the techs are professional, friendly, skilled, and polite. I always get gel and it stays on with no chips for 4-6 weeks. And, the massage chairs are awesome!

I have been going here since 2017. Every time i go else where i wish I never did. So for the past 4 years i have been faithful to Impress Nails. Each technician is different, Chien is super talented with designs,l. All the staff are super friendly, great customer service. I always recommend Impress Nails.
