I usually have a barber I go to, but I haven’t been able to get in for over a month. I finally got tired of waiting and desperately needed a haircut, so I decided to give Great Clips a try. I’ll admit, I was a little nervous because you always hear the horror stories about Great Clips but my experience was completely the opposite! The place was clean, everyone was friendly, and Alexis did an awesome job on my haircut. She listened to what I wanted and did a great job.
I’d definitely go back, especially if I’m in a pinch and can’t get into my usual barber.
I haven't been to Great Clips in a long time, but I really needed a cut and they took walk-ins, so I went. Not sure the name of the lady I saw, and she was very friendly, but I would not go back to her again. Most of my appointment, she shared a lot of personal information of how she was struggling financially and couldn't afford a simple pizza for her child and was in default of a loan. I felt so bad for her, but I didnt think this was the time or the place, especially since I had never met her before. Also, I did have to fix some areas of my cut once home.
