Just my opinion, but Vanessa saved my hair. I know she isn't God, lol. She does a conditioning treatment that I will swear by to anyone. I need to get in and visit her again soon. As a side note, she also sells the products she uses on you when you are there, and she gives you punch cards to save you money on them along with running sales. And yes I buy her products folks, because I like my hair to grow and I hate it when I have 2 handfuls of my hair every time I brush it. They really do work. She won't sell you something just to sell it, only if it is beneficial to you
