Purchased a used travel trailer from Campers inn in Ramsey, MN. In March. They held it for us until we could pick it up in April. We I've in Washington State, so bought it trusting the description and information was correct. We traveled across the country to pick it up, the RV was awesome! Phillip our salesman did a great job and was very helpful. The best part was when we arrived to pick it up. Mike, the service manager walked us through the unit and he noticed a few items that needed attention, they immediately dropped everything and addressed the items while we went to lunch. 45 min later the trailer was ready to roll, Mike even came out and set up my hitch system....read full review

Our experience was over the top great.
First you walk in the dealership so inviting clean bright well put together well displayed it makes you wanna buy.
When it’s 14 below zero and you walk a dealership and it’s warm it’s beautiful the plants look great it makes you feel like you’re camping.
I worked with Bruce and Phil They really know their products.

There was a $5k problem that Campers Inn were left to clean up by the previous company Lazydays. They responded quickly and professionally. Terry Went above and beyond to right a wrong. She was compassionate and understanding. Campers Inn is a top notch company and really cares about their customers!
