I’ve used E.L.K. in the past with great results, but today was amazing. A/C unit stopped working so I called around to see costs and times of getting an appointment, closest I could get was two days away and after hours from a different company. Rich from E.L.K. returned my message and was able to come out in less than a half hour! He diagnosed and repaired our unit in under an hour and helped with another duct issue I had. Great job Rich and company! Solidified my use of you guys for any issues we have.
