Just got done with my 1 year warranty fix. Although no major fixes to be made, the minor ones were promptly fixed. The capstone technician they sent was punctual, caring/understanding. They were very nice and thoroughly explained the fixing process throughout their visit. For a first time homebuyer, it helped a lot to hear how to take care of your house. Highly recommend Capstone.

We have owned a Waterstone II from Capstone Homes since 2022. When we first started considering building a new home, Capstone Homes quickly rose to the top. We were impressed with the style and layout of the Waterstone model. It was evident that Capstone put a lot of thought into how they designed their homes including the layout, the truss work between floors, ceiling heights, and overall construction quality. We could tell that they thought through the practicality and usability of the home.
