Aside from the stellar service your in the field technicians perform, my experience with Brenda was amazing. She was professional all the while understanding the situation and acting accordingly. Great job!
We live on a Cull-da-sac and had numerous service vehicles removing a large ash tree which was blocking the access for the pick up of everyone’s yard waste. On the next day the driver returned to pick up the yard waste. On a previous time while are street was again blocked off. The Ace driver parked his truck and got everyone’s garbage cans, emptied them and actually returned them to where he got them from. For this reason I will gladly stay with Ace Solid Waste.
I called Ace Solid Waste today and got to talk with Brenda S. who is one of the nicest service people that I've talked with. We've been with them for many years! Definitely 5 stars!!
