I originally called a competitor to check pricing and had a few questions. The call center was outsourced to who knows where and answers were close but didn't align to my questions.
2nd call was to Ace. Local person answered, understood what my questions were and also why I was asking the questions. They then answered my questions and offered more info because of my questions and I found they offer a hold service that is perfect for me. Very happy with the personal phone support!!!
I have never had an issue with the service I get with Ace Waste. Brenda was very helpful for sorting out billing.
Ace is always timely and has been a wonderful company to work with.
Thanks Marcy. You were very professional on the phone, and I much appreciate the rate decrease to help me through these financially difficult times. Wish there were more friendly people like yourself. Again, Thank you
