We've used Ace for almost 3 years with perfect service. When I called today to order transfer of our service to a new address because we are moving, associate Marcy was very helpful in explaining and handling everything.
So I completely failed to take out my trash last night and didn’t wake up quite early enough to get it out before they went down our side of the street. However I did end up taking it down hoping I wasn’t too late, but I saw they were already on the other side a few houses down from ours. The driver was ever so kind as I’m guessing he saw me take my trash down. He dumped the trash across the street from our house and then ever so kindly got out pulled my trash can over and emptied it and walked it back over and went on about his day! It was and is very much appreciated! I hope he has a wonderful day! It’s stage small gestures that mean the most!
Both Gina and Shelly were very courteous and professional on the phone as well as very helpful! We've been Ace customers since 2014 and they've always been terrific to work with.
