I'd give them a minus 5....DO NOT USE THEM! They do not back up their work which is poor quality at best...caused a lot of damage to my home which had to be repaired by another company...Services: Foundation repair

We paid them for tuck pointing the brickwork on our large porch and the back of our house. Jeff had seemed like a nice guy and bid us talking about how they guarantee their work. He also told us that a do-it-yourselfer who had previously owned our home had used the wrong mortar and they would fix it and make it look really nice. We subsequently agreed to work with him.What followed was a scheduling nightmare. Everything kept getting delayed for one reason or another. Weeks turned to months. Trinity did a wonderful job at our house, we are very happy with the work!
