I had a great experience with Midway, it was the first time I had to pump out my new septic after three years. Dave was the service man, and he was very kind, respectful, and did everything on his own, so it was a very easy experience. I feel like he went above and beyond to help educate me on the septic system and best ways to maintain it and access it which to me was tremendously helpful, and I found it so kind that he just took the time to explain that to me because as a new homeowner, it can be a little overwhelming knowing all the different things I have to do to maintain the house. I feel more confident about the entire system and how it works. He even drew me a diagram. I also felt the price was very fair, see you guys in three years. Thanks.
I was going to a different wax place and was leaving lowkey dissatisfied every time, not knowing how waxing is supposed to be.
