I cannot recommend Pure Tech LLC enough. Michael, the owner, went above and beyond to help me when my laptop suddenly broke down. I live in Shakopee and he came out from Prior Lake to personally pick up my device!
Throughout the entire process, his communication was crystal clear. He kept me updated every step of the way, answered all my questions, and most importantly, was able to recover all of the important data I needed. He even provided a solid-state drive (SSD) enclosure so I could easily transfer everything to my new computer.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. I was traveling when my laptop fritzed out. Called and explained I had a tight window due to travel plans and the folks here accommodated me and had me back up and running in no time! Would definitely use again even though I’m not from the area. I’ve used computer repair places in the past but these guys are amazing! Thanks again for the great service!
