I live in Shakopee and he came out from Prior Lake to personally pick up my device! Throughout the entire process, his communication was crystal clear. He kept me updated every step of the way, answered all my questions, and most importantly, was able to recover all of the important data I needed. He even provided a solid-state drive (SSD) enclosure so I could easily transfer everything to my new computer.
