Day before yesterday, I experienced my first, and hopefully last, bout with vertigo. When I awakened that morning, the bedroom was spinning. Walking was not an option, so I laid back and closed my eyes for a few minutes. My condition improved from spinning instability to clumsy, then over the course of the day to light headedness.
