Will never use them again. I scheduled them to come out to repair my microwave. They said they could come out the same day. They missed several appointment windows with me and finally showed up 3 days later. The technician said he needed to order a part for the microwave. I authorized him to do so. I over the next 3 weeks I received no updates from Murphy on the status of the order or repair. I called numerous times to find out what was happening with no answers. no one could tell me what was happening! I eventually had to give up on them after I wasted my money paying for a repair that never happened. I had to make other arrangements to get the microwave...read full review

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Every time I had an appointment booked, they would cancel and ask to come the following day. They did this several times and wound up never coming out. Cannot recommend at all.Service: Washing machine repair
