Moderno Construction Management, LLC.
“We were hesitant to build a home because of some horror stories we heard from friends and family. After meeting the staff at Moderno it immediately changed our minds. We appreciate the project management style that Moderno offers versus a typical builder. It allows us to be more involved in the every day decisions. Jake, Ashlee and Alex have been so great at walking us through every detail of the process so it doesn’t feel overwhelming. They are patient and understanding with answering all of our questions. You can tell they value relationships by the way they treat their vendors. We have worked alongside both Moderno and their subcontractors and everyone is so friendly and professional. If a problem comes up, everyone jumps in quickly to resolve. We recommend Moderno to anyone looking to custom build their house. The team is amazing!Service: Home building”
