I booked online to get my haircut to try to cut off and even out my damaged hair (my own fault) and the woman helping me was super sweet, no judgements on how I had damaged my hair and she did a fantastic job. She helped me schedule another appointment to continue working on getting my hair back to healthy.Price: $20.00

I had an AMAZING experience in Elk River after having a HORRIFIC experience at another Fantastic Sam’s. I left the Elk River location feeling beautiful and very happy. The amount of compliments as well of my hair and how good it looked even weeks after with myself doing the styling. ? to actually be able to keep the style and love it because it was actually what you wanted even as a fix. Thank You Linnea for fixing a complete MESS. ❤️?

So far, 50% of the stylists our family has tried at this location in the last 6 months have been fantastic! Only one made us regret having spent the money for the craptastic service she provided, but she was obviously new, so hopefully she steps it up.Overall, I appreciate the service that Sam's offers their clients, but I can't proclaim the value when their prices have increased so drastically in recent times. Many service-based industries have increased some with inflation... but this is closer to our "egg" or "paper plate" inflation rates than "lettuce" or "deodorant" inflation.We were just getting to the point where we had it in our budget to get professional haircuts...read full review
