When I first visited Y Wellness I was in so much pain that I could barely walk. I had had a total knee replacement and then developed severe sciatica pain and was diagnosed with herniated discs in my lower spine. My daughter told me about the Gonstead Chiropractic technique and strongly encouraged me to find a practice near my home. I discovered Y Wellness and made an appointment with Dr. Moon. I feel that combining physical therapy with the adjustments helped tremendonsly and I am excited to say that I am back to enjoying most of the activities that I did prior to my issues. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Everyone at YWellness, from the moment you call, enter the cozy office area, the welcoming vibe of the front individuals, like Amy, Autumn, Ja'Nae, Laura, and such, to the practitioners, from Dr Brian and Dr Paul, Scott, and others, each individual puts their heart and soul into being there, and giving their all, expertise, knowledge, passion, and more!My health, life, quality of being, mobility and more, have all, and are, ongoing, something I hold very close to me, and do not entrust lightly to just anyone. My whole family loves coming to see Dr. Brian. He has helped me overcome chronic back pain and now I am able to sleep through the night. We all see Dr. Brian to help us maintain feeling good!
