Working at Proof Builders Co has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. From the very beginning, I could tell this wasn’t just another sales job. It’s a place built on trust, integrity, and a real commitment to doing things the right way. The environment is positive and supportive, which is something you don’t always find in this industry. The entire team, from leadership to fellow reps, genuinely care about every homeowner we work with and every project we take on.
What really stands out is the culture. You’re never left on your own, there’s always help when you need it. Whether it’s training, guidance with a tough claim, or just advice on how to handle a situation, someone’s always willing to step in and support you. It feels like a team in the truest sense, and that makes a huge difference when you’re out in the field.
There’s honestly so much I could say about what makes this company special, but at the end of the day, you really have to experience it for yourself. I’m proud to be a part of Proof Builders and even more proud of the work we do every day.
