Quality Resource Group, Inc.
“I've been working with Jen and MacKenzie at Quality Resource Group (QRG) for nearly 8 years, and they always come through for me—no matter what. I’ve thrown some truly obscure requests and last-minute orders their way, and somehow, someway, they make it happen. The products are always top-notch and arrive when I need them.
Of course, with the volume of orders I’ve placed over the years, there have been a few hiccups—mainly due to suppliers (because let’s face it, not everyone matches Jen and MacKenzie’s incredible work ethic). But on the rare occasion something goes sideways, they bend over backwards to make it right. One time, when a supplier dropped the ball and the product was at risk of arriving late, Jen was literally ready to drive 4 hours overnight to deliver it herself. It ended up arriving on time without the road trip, but I’m absolutely confident it would’ve made it either way because that’s just how committed they are.
I can’t say enough good things about them. If you need someone who’s dependable, creative, and will go to the ends of the earth to get the job done—look no further than QRG, Jen, and MacKenzie. Total pros.”
