About LifeSpa

LifeSpa is a full-service spa offering a variety of treatments, including massage, facials, hair styling, and nails. Services are very customizable and relaxing. The massage therapists are amazing, with some noted as among the best, skilled at relieving knots without pain. Clients do not need to be a Life Time member to enjoy the spa, and they receive a full day pass to the gym on the day of their service. Whether for a day of wellness or a specific treatment, LifeSpa meets many needs.

The Plymouth LifeSpa is incredible!!! I have had multiple services done here by several do the employees here and I always leave with a smile! Even if you feel like something doesn’t feel right, they ease your worries and have you leaving their chair feeling even more confident than before!

Recently, I’ve had a manicure with Breanna and a blowout with Teri on different days and left feeling magnificent both times. The receptionists here are so kind and helpful, I felt heard and engaged with before, during, and after my appointments!

Lindsey at LifeSpa Plymouth is absolutely amazing! From the moment I sat in her chair, she listened carefully to exactly what I wanted and delivered a haircut that exceeded my expectations. The cut is clean, stylish, and easy to manage—and I’ve received compliments nonstop since leaving the spa. Lindsey is professional, talented, and genuinely cares about her clients. The entire LifeSpa experience was relaxing and top-notch, but Lindsey truly made it exceptional. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great haircut!

Jane provides a spectacular massage, it's almost mesmerizing, bit certainly brings you to complete relaxation! Highly recommend a massage with Jane. If it was not for her this would not be 5 stars but she is definitely worth it!
