LifeSpa is a full-service spa offering a variety of treatments, including massage, facials, hair styling, and nails. Services are very customizable and relaxing. The massage therapists are amazing, with some noted as among the best, skilled at relieving knots without pain. Clients do not need to be a Life Time member to enjoy the spa, and they receive a full day pass to the gym on the day of their service. Whether for a day of wellness or a specific treatment, LifeSpa meets many needs.
It's a Gym where the weights and machines are maybe 15% of the whole building, the rest is climbing routes. Kids are constantly supervised and there's a lot of routes for shorter/younger climbers.
You can bring your own shoes or rent, chalk is included. For newer climbers you have to sign a waiver that can be prefilled online. The holds are solid and change frequently, once or twice a month maybe.
Stopped in to drop my daughter off at a birthday party. I asked to look around. One of the owners took the time to show my son and I around. Awesome place with a great vibe. Can't wait to come back.
