We recently worked with Adam from Maxwell Construction on a remodel that included our main level bathroom, a full rebuild of our split level staircase with new oak treads, and complete refresh of the lower bathroom due to an unforeseen toilet leak causing water damage.
From start to finish, Adam was exceptional. His communication was clear and consistent, he kept the workspace clean, and he proved to be incredibly trustworthy and honest throughout the entire process. His craftsmanship is amazing and the quality of his work truly shows in every detail.
What impressed us most was how he handled the unplanned issues that came up. The basement bathroom and the need to rebuild an entire staircase were big curve balls, yet Adam approached them with professionalism, flexibility, and a level of skill that gave us complete confidence. Even with the added Work, he remained mindful of our budget and went above and beyond our expectations.

Here is what ActivePT did well for me: Everything! From scheduling, to hands on, to demonstrating exercises, to tailoring a program specifically to me, ActivePT did everything well. One of the best skills demonstrated was communication: appointment reminders, notices when my provider was out (it only happened once in more than 6 months), to listening to me when I would share that an exercise was too difficult so it could be modified or replaced with a different exercise. Keep up the outstanding work!
We live in Rochester and have been to almost all livestock vets around, northern valley is by far our favorite. The staff is excellent and friendly and you don't get ripped off.
