Absolutely Thrilled with the Results!
We have used Service King both commercially and residentially for many years and have never been disappointed! They have removed stubborn pet stains, repaired carpet where needed, cleaned the basement carpet after a sewer back-up with the utmost of professionalism, efficiency and timeliness! I have recommended them many times to friends and family and will continue to only rely on Ben and company to service my home and restaurant!

A friend recommended Service King to me based in her experience, and I'm so glad I decided to go with them! They cleaned my old carpets well, were friendly and great to work with, and clearly knew their business and cared about getting my carpets clean. I thiught the rates were very reasonable too. Ben warned me when they left that old stains sometimes surface again after a deep clean and said to let him know if any dark areas turned up; sure enough, some did, and he came and cleaned them right up.Summary: Very happy customer. Highly recommended to anyone in the Rochester area looking for a carpet cleaner.
