North Country Heating and Cooling headed by Bruce McClaflin installed a new Ruud HVAC unit consisting of a forced air furnace and 2-ton Central Air Conditioner in my house. The cost including equipment and installation was very reasonable. The installation was quick and thorough. Bruce cleared out the old units and left the house clean. I had to call Bruce for help as my water heater was not working. He came right away and fixed the problem. I am totally impressed by the quality of work, the total cost and the professionalism of Bruce.If you're in the market for HVAC unit or you need servicing call North Country Heating and Cooling (Bruce) first. You'll not be disappointed.
I needed a new furnace and fast! They came out the same day I called, gave an estimate which turned out to be the exact price, described the problem so I could understand it, including photos, and put the new furnace in the next day. Easy and complete.
Bruce was exceptional to work with. We called about a malfunctioning furnace and he came less than 45 minutes later to assess the issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and upfront about what the job would entail and its cost (in contrast, another company tried repairing our 20 year old furnace earlier that day, and charged us a large amount with no result despite promising it would fix the issue, rather than telling us that a new one would cost almost as much money). Bruce ordered a new furnace immediately and came early the next morning ready to install it, and it was up and working within a few hours. Great pricing as well.
