Elaina is seriously the best!! I love seeing that they're working any time I go in for a haircut because I know for a fact they will do well by me and give me the perfect haircut. They're super pleasant and they have impeccable customer service skills.

It's a gamble honestly. I notice that my haircut for sure isn't the best when it's busy. But the more experienced stylists are great! And some of the stylists just seem to be on auto-pilot. My haircut is pretty simple though. My son on the other hand has a pretty gnarly mullet that requires more of an experienced stylist. I'd rate them a decent 3.5 out of 4 stars. I'd advise to pay close attention to your cut though. Especially when it's busy
First... this is a low cost styling business and based on quantity. Some of the reviews w8th low star ratings are ridiculous reasons. If there that picky go pay tye 50 to 75 dollar price tag where they take 30mins to cut your hair. I got a great cut and super fast. Met my expectations for a quick cut.
