Austin and Jack installed my new Lennox furnace today. It was nothing short of incredible customer service. They showed up at the scheduled time (actually called to say they could be there 20 min early if that was ok). They let me know how long it would take to complete service and even were able to finish sooner. Austin went over the MN Energy rebate info with me and provided a clear walkthrough of the new thermostat settings. I highly recommend Dale’s Heating & Appliance. Austin and Jack did a fantastic job and made the company look great!

We had a good experience with them. Did not have to wait long for them to come and give an estimate. When they came to do the work they were on time, and did the work within the time quoted. They were informative, polite, and neat. Nothing left behind..I would highly recommend them if you need work done.

I have had a boiler installed and tankless water heater from Dales in the last couple years - Recently Will from Dales came and fixed my AC - all of Dales employees have been professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Great to have a local business that’s reliable.
