From start to finish, the he was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He walked us through every step, answered all our questions, and made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy and straightforward.

Awesome guy! Fixed my furnace and even gave me a more than fair quote on my fireplace. Too notch service, in and out fast and no issues since!
Very quick to respond when I reached out about my furnace not working. Was able to help diagnose the issue over the phone and got the part needed ordered that night. Arrived first thing the following morning and had my furnace up and running in less than an hour. Excellent work, very quick, and reliable. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family. Will definitely continue using Charp Heating and Cooling for all of my HVAC needs!
