very good and friendly people fast unloading in at 7:30am and out at 8:30 AM. You just gotta be a little patient on the phone call sometimes they take a little bit longer to answer other than that no issues at all.

Had a pickup on 6/18/25 and after you check in on kiosk be very aware about where you park there are no parking signs everywhere so don’t get caught parking in those areas the local police will roll up on you and he wasn’t very friendly. Park on side streets or in the drop lot had a 5 pm appointment arrived at 10 Am and it’s now 11:30 am and already in a dock to start loading update it’s now 2:45 pm and still in the dock loading this place is slow at loading i swear they are making the product as they load the trailer been on the dock now over 3 hrs and still not done bring snacks and drinks they do have a bathroom that’s the only plus to this place

5/23/2025 I had appt 8pm. I came late. Check in 10:15pm at the computer inside the facility. I called the number to confirm I check in. Got door 12 right the way. I was out 1am in the morning. I got my paper and went sleep. They got overnight parking.
