The wait to see a provider is minimal, and the total time spent at the clinic is often just 25 minutes. While some reviews mention concerns about costs for OB appointments, ultrasounds, and lab work, the overall quality of service is well-regarded. Additionally, patients enjoy the convenience of grabbing BACON at the clinic, which is cheaper than buying it and cooking it themselves. Overall, the clinic is noted for its skilled staff and efficient service.
Kind was very kind overall. But if you have any OB appointments, ultrasounds, or bloodwork take a trip to Fargo to save you thousands of dollars. We were told a cash option wasn’t an option since it went through insurance prior.
If we had any clue how much they were going to charge we would have just paid cash. They send out labs to get tested elsewhere with essentially no cap on costs. Lab work and ultrasound prior to insurance assisting was $2700+. We get the same services in an OB based clinical for roughly $600. It’s literal highway robbery here.
When I go in for my doctor appointments, I totally need to stop for BACON!! Cheaper than buying it AND I don't have to cook it. Also, there's the healthy foods to counterbalance..so, five stars!!!!!
Wait to see a provider was minimal. Everyone was super friendly starting with reception, nursing, provider and pharmacy. From time I stepped into clinic to walking out the door was 25 minutes. Great experience!
