Speaking from a guy's standpoint, I don't have much to talk about other than their haircuts. For over a decade I'd get an occasional cut from them, and although I've always considered them to be a tad pricey, they were always very friendly, thorough, did a good job and I never left unsatisfied, so it was money well spent.

This place gave me my most favorite haircut I've ever gotten. Julie, the stylist knew exactly what I wanted after I described it to her. Coming back every time i need a cut.
