Kevin and Kyle were absolutely wonderful. We had a gas leak in -25 in the winter and they came over and fixed it to last till spring thaw. They were just over again. It was difficult to diagnose, but they were personable and thorough and competent. They communicated all through the project. The office people are also great. Enjoyed working with them.
Amazing customer service from Kyle at Superior Mechanical! My furnace went out about 2 hours ago. I was frantically calling heating companies. I left a message, and Kyle returned my phone call within 30 minutes.
Well...my furnace is RUNNING!!! Kyle walked me through steps over the phone, saving me a big bill if had to come out to my house.Very professional, and extremely nice. Highly recommend Kyle.
