We had water from our laundry room sink get underneath our floors and into an adjoining room. There were also water damaged documents, books, and photos. The ServPro team did a great job helping us salvage/restore those items, as well as assess the extents of the water damage. Thank you to Kaitie Ramsdell, Jake Steinhofer, and the team!

Another home run from ServPro! Jordan Onken and his teammate checked out how our flooded basement recovery efforts were coming along and folks, we have a full recovery! The other day I was trying to find the source of an odd smell in my house and in that process I found that our moving boxes had become moldy. Finally finding a day to remove them, it was so much worse than I initially thought! I needed help and fast. So I called Servpro and nervously asked if they could do a same day job. The dispatcher was kind and listened to my urgency. After a few calls with some different people in the chain and some really reassuring conversation, I was told someone would be there around noon.
