“As a member of a seven-cabin association on Roy Lake, I would like to applaud Nate for the excellent service he provided today across a large area of our association property.
I watched as he carefully worked his way back and forth, making certain that every part of the property was properly sprayed. Managing a heavy hose stretching many yards was no small effort, yet Nate was careful and thorough throughout the entire job.
As I was leaving, I stopped to thank him. He immediately shared a helpful recommendation that he planned to email to our contact person concerning the drought conditions we are all experiencing and the resulting insect damage.
Nate provided exactly what one hopes for—care, attention, effort and helpful communication. I sincerely appreciate the work he did today and the conversation we shared afterward.
Job very well done, Nate—yes!”
