Will (technician) and the friendly staff were fantastic. Fixed both of my computers after Geek Squad failed. Called me multiple times to update on progress/decisions. Would recommend CC over any PC repair in the area.

My brother works there and he built me a computer and it is unbelievably quick compared to what I had before it was definitely an upgrade and he took very good care of me definitely A+ plus.

My computer was running really slow and I was about to throw it away and get another one. Cascade diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently and it is running like new. The tech left a detailed voicemail on what they did to the computer and i am very happy with the results.
