We had a frozen line on our septic system . We called Rapid Rooter late on a Friday . They sent out Adam on a Saturday and he has helped us on another occasion. He was professional, knowledgeable and has great customer service skills.

We own Prairie Lake Campground, and working with Rapid Rooter has been excellent. They provide great service, have professional and kind employees, and are highly responsive. Rapid Rooter has come out more than once on holidays, evenings, and weekends for emergencies. Highly recommended!
