Dr. Tom is great! I’m from out of the area and here for work, I had an emergency with my frenchie and ended up putting him to sleep on the day of my visit. I was so emotionally charged and he was extremely supportive but ALSO realistic with me which I appreciated so much as we both knew it was my little guy’s time to cross the rainbow bridge. He did not try to convince me to run a bunch of tests for money and was very compassionate (along with the staff in Paynesville) during the whole process.I then had to see him for my other two senior dogs’ yearlies about a month later, while my most senior dog was going through some other concerning issues. I have not been inside this establishment yet but I had the pleasure of having a phone conversation with a wonderful young lady who despite her ability to help me through her clinic was able and willing to help me to find a source for exactly what I was looking for. Thank you so much.
They are very nice and helpful when I asked questions and felt like they actually care about the animals and only did what i asked and if I didn't know they explained what the shots were for.
